I am a lawyer specialising in employment law. With more than 25 years of experience working on the employer side, I have handled objective and disciplinary dismissals, as well as other ordinary proceedings before the employment courts: substantial changes to working conditions, wage claims, challenges to disciplinary sanctions, fundamental rights, etc. I also advise on Family Law and on Inheritance and Succession.

 

In immigration matters, I specialise in helping clients navigate Spanish immigration procedures. My approach is to provide solid legal support to ensure that my clients' rights are protected at all times, assisting and accompanying them through the different procedures they need to regularise their status, as well as filing administrative appeals (recursos de alzada), judicial review proceedings against refusals of entry, and other legal actions against the administration.
